Layer Options removed for Photoshop CS6

Layer options, which allows you to rename layers and change layer colors, has been removed in Photoshop CS6. Instead, to color a layer, you can right click or ctrl click on the layer. Renameing is avaialble from the file menus or any of the old methods.
