Exporting Interactive Elements out of InDesign into PDFs (CS4 and CS5)
InDesign CS4 had one export to PDF dialog box. CS5 has two. So it makes PERFECT sense to split up the export options into two dialog boxes so they are both sorta broken. Nicely done.
