InDesign CS5: Timing Panel
InDesign CS5 introduces Animation (for Flash export). It is not done in that complicated Flash sort of way, but in that simple PowerPoint sort of way.
The Timing Panel, which displays the order of sequence for the animations, is not a traditional time line, and might be slightly confusing when the Delay feature and the Play together feature gets incorporated. So I tried to visualize it a bit better through these pictures:

- Basic Animation. Animations plays sequentially, starting after the previous one finishes.

- Animation with Delay. With a delay, the time is added to the sequential animation.

- Linked Animation. Animation linked to play together start at the same time.

- Linked Animations with Delay. The delay for the top item applies to the whole group, then individual delays kick in.

- Linked Animation with Multiple Delays. If subsequent items in a group have a delay, the delay count starts at the beginning of the group animation
