Illustrator CC: Generate CSS

Screen Shot 2014-06-19 at 5.16.02 PMIllustrator is used a lot to create wireframes for web pages. Now it’s easier than ever to move your illustrator assets over to the web, with the CSS Properties Panel.

  • Window > CSS Properties
  • Generate CSS code for selected object.
  • If an object is unnamed, select “create CSS for unnamed object” in CSS options. Otherwise, shapes, images, text will be converted to css styles.
  • Copy CSS code for object, or export elements into CSS file
  • Export raserized images
  • Generate browser specific code (Vendor prefixes)

Nice!
