InDesign CS6: Interactive Objects

Screen shot 2013-01-24 at 9.12.40 AMThe Object > Interactive menu gets a lot more items in InDesign CS6, mostly in terms of forms. Let’s take a quick look:

  • The top section is all dedicated to buttons and Forms. You can access the same commands from the Buttons and Forms Panel
  • Convert to Object: Changes an interactive object back to a regular object
  • Convert to Motion Path is used for the Flash animation.
  • Set Tab Order sets the tab orders for PDF form fields
