Drawing in Perspective: One Point Perspective (Adobe Illustrator)
Objects appear smaller as they recede in space and become further away. In one point perspective, objects converge on a single point.
- Draw a horizon line
- Draw a bunch of lines (I recommend the Line Segment Tool) to converge on a single vanishing point.
- [Ctrl/Cmd+5] to make into guides
- Turn on Snap To Guides
- Verticals and Horizontals stay the same. Diagonals converge on the vanishinig point.
- Objects of the same size/shape would resize in accordance with converging lines.
