InDesign Multi-State Object can be grouped, have different content

I just tried this and it totally works.

  1. You can convert a group of objects into a multi state object. This makes it easy to swap out more than one item at a time.
  2. The same object, when in a different object state, can hold different content. In one object state, the object can be a text frame, in another object state, it can be an image frame.
  3. the same object, when in a different object state, can change shapes (and size) too!
